Spillers Wharf, formerly a power station is located on the banks of the Mzimkhulu River outside Port Shepstone with easy access to and views over the river and natural bush. The building with large scale double volume spaces offered an ideal conversion opportunity into a multi functional retail and lifestyle centre catering to outdoor recreational activities on the river. A large scale covered verandah deck is added to the riverside elevation. This is the place for a lazy lunch at the Fish on the River.
